Check out 10am or earlier; Check in 4pm or later;

No pets;

Smoking permitted outside only; Any smoking within units will result in full loss of security deposit.

3 days minimum stay required;

Weekly Rates Available;

4% Occupancy Tax will be charged for all rentals;

Full payment is required at the time of reservation;

$300 security deposit is due upon to arrival (security deposits are refunded within 7 days of checkout).

Reservations cancelled 45 or more days prior to arrival are fully refundable, minus an 8% fee.

Reservations cancelled less than 45 days and more than 30 days prior to stay are 50% refundable, minus an 8% fee.

Cancellations made 30 or fewer days prior to stay are nonrefundable.
